Qualification: BBA/MBA-HR, MHM
Experience: 2-3 years core experience of medical recruitment
Age: 25-35 years
1- Responsible for overall recruitment process of new hire.
2- Creating job posting and advertise on different social sites i.e. LinkedIn, job pages etc.
3- Communicating by phone, email and in person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines.
4- Interviewing potential job candidates and perform other assessments of job candidates.
5- Maintain all documentation pertaining to recruitment including hire approval, pre and post hiring documents, offer, medical and appointment letter.
6- Responsible for employee orientation of new hires and alignment with department for their proper induction.
7- Conduct Talent Hunt and Career shows at Medical Institutes to build talent pipeline.
8- Provide HR Anayltics on Business Unit Talent Acquisition
