Job Specification

  • Education: Bachelors in Acocunting & Finance/ MBA/ B.Com
  • Experience: 3 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Age: 25 - 30
  • Gender: Male/ Female


  • Responsible for preparing fund position on a daily basis
  • Bank reconciliation of Aman Foundation and finalization of Track Sheet (Payables) of all three entities of Aman Foundation
  • Assist in internal and external Audit
  • Responsible for expense allocation of PSO and Invoicing of all three entities
  • Responsible for payments of Aman Foundation & Sindh Project
  • Co-ordinate with HR for Salary and F&F payments and vendors account reconciliation
  • Preparation and Filing of Sales Tax/ Income Tax Returns and Statements
  • Preparation and Filing of Various Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Withholding tax Statements of Salaried & Non-Salaried Persons U/s 149 & 165 of Income Tax Ordinance 2001
  • Preparation, computation and E-Filing of sales tax returns on FBR, PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority) & SRB (Sindh Revenue Board).
