Responsibilities


Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly/weekly manager’s meetings and other analyst meetings.
  • Manage the schedule of Head of EMS, identifying priorities and organizing workflow activities accordingly
  • Maintaining day to day performance reports, attendance, leave records at departmental level
  • Plan and coordinate all administrative activities, including calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and preparation of a variety of documents, materials, presentations and correspondence
  • Identify priorities to foster appropriate use of Head of EMS time, and adjust schedule to meet pressing deadlines, avoid conflicts and address urgent issues, also determine appropriate sequencing of travel arrangements to avoid unnecessary delays

Quality Assurance Responsibilities of C&C

  • Provide administrative QA assistance to the C&C department in creating awareness within the organization of a quality-driven culture
  • Responsible for reviewing of ISO documents and up gradation where required
  • Coordination with Quality assurance and relevant department for updating, controlling and signing ISO documents
  • Provide administrative QA assistance to the C&C department in ISO audit related activities
  • Facilitate coordination process in surveillance audit process of the organization
  • To assist and develop evaluate programs for quality improvement

Supervise & Monitor of PME Team

  • To provide assistance and monitor PME team in calls evaluation process of C&C staff
  • To oversee PME, Audit reports, produce statistical analysis and trends where necessary
  • Work in a team to understand and implement tactical
  • Strategic planning with Head of EMS where required
  • To provide assistance in training where required
  • Recreational activities, survey and Implement effective balance related to career, work and life
  • Any other task assigned by the Head of EMS.
